Universal Testing Services was established in December 2014 and ISO certified since 2017 in response to the expressed exigency for setting up an avant-garde and impeccable testing framework to promote talent and reestablish merit-based selection framework. Moreover, there was a dire need for refine and fair services within the field of technical assistance, counseling, data management, enterprise solutions, bona fide research and viable training and advancement of the employees. UTS is working under the control of CEO, built up under section 32 of the companies’ ordinance, 1984 (XLVII 1984).
